| Description: |
- Robust, large clumps with round (4-6mm diameter) flower stalks
originating from creeping rhizomes
- The soft, tubular rich green leaves with bamboo-like joints
inside and flower stalks are equal length
- Drooping, much branched, red brown panicle
- Red brown nut 2mm long
