places
- Up to 1150 metres

| Description: |
- Openly branched shrub or small tree
- Thin narrow leaves with a sharp point (12-25mm x 2-4mm)
- Tiny (3-4mm) greenish white flowers occur in drooping flowerheads
of 6 to 12 flowers, hairy petals and stalks with a sweet fragrance
- Oblong fruit 2-4mm long is usually red but sometimes white
- Flaky bark, peels off in thin strips
